IS A CONSULTATION NECESSARY FOR BRIDES?
A consultation is strongly recommended. We will spend time reviewing and charting a couple versions of your makeup/hair style. Discussing these details prior to your wedding date will help keep itineraries on schedule; the less stress on your special day the better!
HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT DATE?
All dates are booked first come first served. A signed contract and retainer ($150 Makeup & Hair, $100 Makeup or Hair Only) are required to reserve any date.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SERVICES?
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover is accepted. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the event date. If the client wishes to wait until the event date to pay in full the remaining balance must be presented in cash.
IS AIRBRUSH MAKEUP AVAILABLE?
Yes. Airbrush foundation is provided at no additional cost to all clients.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR LARGE WEDDING PARTIES?
Unfortunately no. Larger wedding parties require more than one artist to be provided and paid for by Bella Rouge.
WHY ARE BRIDE & BRIDESMAIDS FEES DIFFERENT?
The bridesmaid fee is a discounted group rate. More time is spent on the bride; a face chart is created, and a snapshot from the consultation and touch-up products on the wedding day are provided for the bride.
HOW LONG WILL THE MAKEUP & HAIR STYLING TAKE?
Please allow 1 hour for the bride and 45 minutes per bridesmaid. This includes time needed to properly sanitize tools. For larger parties a second makeup artist or assistant will be present.
WHAT MAKEUP PRODUCTS ARE USED?
Quality products are used such as MAC, Urban Decay, Kryolan, Kett, Laura Mercier, and Temptu. On most skin types these products will last 8-12 hours. Upon client request, a mineral makeup kit can be provided with advanced notice. An additional $20 fee may apply on the event day.
DO YOU CHARGE AN ON-SITE TRAVEL FEE?
Yes. Please see the price menu for details. The travel fee covers the cost of gas, vehicle mileage, time spent traveling to and from the client site and setting up and breaking down equipment.
